A mother received a flood of criticism after showing off the bold outfit she chose to pick up her children from school.

In a video posted on her TikTok profile, Anne showcased her revealing outfit and said: “[My] husband says my outfit is inappropriate for picking up our children from school… what do you think?”
“You look great, but I’m with [your] husband! Definitely inappropriate for picking [the kids] up from school, it looks a bit cheap,” wrote a TikTok user. “Your husband is right… unless the school is in the Caribbean, just saying!” joked another.
This isn’t the first time parental attire has sparked debate in the UK. Recently, a school had to address parents because many of them were showing up in pajamas to pick up their kids.
“All the kids have to wear their uniforms and they have to look smart when they come to school, so there’s no reason parents shouldn’t either,” shared an internet user at the time.
“If people want to wear pajamas to pick up their kids, then they can, as long as the kids get to school, that’s what matters,” reflected another. “Who does this headteacher think they are telling people how to dress?” analyzed a third.
