Video: Wedding Singer Criticized for ‘Inappropriate’ Outfit
Singer Ortal Edri dazzled wedding guests with her incredible voice. But some internet users were more focused on her “inappropriate” outfit than her musical talent
Ortal Edri sang songs on some of the most famous streets in the United States – from Times Square in New York to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles.

While the singer and songwriter is often praised for her incredible talent, a recent wedding performance had social media users questioning her attire.
Ortal used Instagram and TikTok on Tuesday in a video that showed her rendition of My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion, as the newlyweds walked down the aisle. “I always get emotional when I sing the entrance song at weddings,” the singer captioned the video.
The stunning singer wore a black dress with small diamond straps.
While some praised her musical talent in the video that garnered millions of views, others criticized her clothing.
“Remind me to have wardrobe approval for my wedding band singers lol,” wrote one person on TikTok. “It’s a bit inappropriate for a wedding, you’re the wedding singer not a stripper,” agreed another.
