Magdalena Sadlo, star of the reality show “Love Island“, was arrested after being caught smuggling over $67 million worth of cocaine on a flight from Dubai to Heathrow, UK.
Magdalena Sadlo was part of a drug smuggling ring into the UK and was caught in Operation Matrix. Nine other men were also arrested earlier this year for their involvement in the ring.
Magdalena has not been sentenced yet and is in custody.
Prosecutor Tim Evans stated this is one of the largest drug seizures ever in the UK. “This is an Amazon-style drug trafficking operation, with this level of organization and commerciality,” Evans said.
