Autumn was reportedly declared dead at her home in Henrico County, Virginia, last Saturday (20), according to the police. Officers and firefighters responded to a medical emergency report and found the mother unresponsive.
The young woman, also known as Autumn Oxley, appeared in the fifth season of the popular show that documented the months leading up to the birth of her son Drake. She later had two more children.
“Henrico Police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation. Detectives are working with the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office on this case to determine the exact cause and manner of death,” the police report shared with the site UNILAD said.
Autumn’s premature death follows that of another 16 and Pregnant star, Sean Garinger. The 20-year-old died in an ATV accident in North Carolina on February 28, with his mother confirming the tragic news.
