Sydney’s extremely low-cut black dress left little to the imagination but unexpectedly also sparked a bizarre online debate on social media.

Commentator Richard Hanania reposted the video on Twitter with a caption that read, “Wokeness is dead.”

Quickly, several platform users questioned the inferences made by the commentators, sparking a controversy that involved criticism from some and support from many others.

This comes after Sydney was tagged as the ‘sexiest woman alive’ following a teaser for the SNL show, where she wore a tiny bodysuit.

Dressed in a vibrant shade of red, she showcased a bodysuit that accentuated her curves and featured ruffled details around the hips. With a sweetheart neckline enhancing the outfit, she completed the look with red velvet gloves.

Opting for a look reminiscent of the iconic Jessica Rabbit, the actress left fans in awe.

During the show, the celebrity participated in various sketches, including a scene at Hooters, where she garnered significant tips in contrast to her colleagues, who struggled to reach significant amounts.
