The fitness influencer, who has over 350,000 followers on Instagram, has a legion of fans who admire her spectacular physique. However, she recently shared the question she receives most often from men.
“Most men say things like: ‘How can I become muscular like you?'”, she said. “Most men I meet are impressed with my physique and are very nice.”
However, she does not deny that she occasionally receives messages from “weird” men. “I was talking to a man who asked me if I was a bodybuilder, and I said yes,” she recalled.
“We had a good conversation about it, but then it got weird,” said the influencer, adding that he started asking for pictures of her legs.
Since starting bodybuilding in 2019, Julia has focused on empowering women and helping them achieve their fitness goals, not on pleasing anonymous men.
“Women definitely face a lot more judgment. Either we don’t have enough muscles, or we are too muscular. There’s no winning. Why wouldn’t you want a strong and fit woman? They are amazing,” said the model.
“You create the physique you feel confident in. It will be different for everyone, and if someone makes you uncomfortable, be firm and direct,” Julia added.
