Cole Prochaska weighed more than 600 pounds when he decided it was time to make a big change in his life. To lose weight, he cut out unhealthy foods, stopped drinking soda and became an avid gym goer.

His dedication paid off and he lost more than 160 kilos, but with the great transformation also came a big problem: excess skin. The only solution in this case would be plastic surgery and Prochaska doesn’t have the money for that.

Determined to complete his metamorphosis, he took an extremely courageous step and shared a photograph of himself on social media that showed his sagging skin all over his body. Prochaska previously shared before and after photos of her incredible transformation after losing a significant amount of fat, but she always hid the skin.

“It’s really hard to share a shirtless photo, but I’ve come this far!” Cole wrote on his GoFundMe page.

“I’m stuck,” Prochaska said in an interview with Today.com; “I lost all this weight and I have muscles, but if I take my shirt off I still feel self-conscious about all the loose skin. I have loose skin on my legs, so if I try to run it becomes difficult,” he explained.

“But then I thought, I need to show people how I’m doing and that really helped because, well, everyone in the world has seen it. So what’s the problem?” Prochaska told Today.com that she began her transformation after breaking up a 7-year relationship.

“I knew she had lost respect for me because I was just a really big person and I wasn’t doing anything, I wasn’t going anywhere in life. I was trying to save the relationship. I didn’t save, but I saved myself”, he said.

“My goal weight has been reached, but my life is not complete and will not be complete until I can get rid of this excess skin. I have to tuck the extra skin into my pants and also wear loose clothes to hide the sagging. I’ve been heavy since I was 6 years old and I’ve never walked on the beach without a shirt and I’ve always avoided pool parties,” he added.
