Hendricks revealed that she and Bianchini, who met during the filming of the series “Good Girls”, chose New Orleans because of their special connection with the city. “New Orleans is a place I’ve always loved before meeting George, and a place he has always cherished before meeting me,” she said. “When we started dating, as we lived on opposite ends of the country, it was the place in the middle. It feels like our city came together, despite us both having loved it individually [first].”

The couple opted for the historic Napoleon House for their romantic ceremony. The venue, which was once the residence of New Orleans Mayor Nicholas Girod and offered refuge to Napoleon Bonaparte during his exile, was chosen for its rustic and European charm. “It has this Cuban, Spanish, European, high-low feel that I think reflects how we feel about ourselves a bit – a bit high-low,” shared Hendricks.

The newlyweds invited 76 people to a three-day wedding celebration, which began with a welcome cocktail followed by a ghost tour of the French Quarter. Shirley Manson, lead vocalist of the band Garbage and a friend of the couple, officiated the ceremony.

Among the guests were notable figures such as Matthew Weiner, the creator of “Mad Men”, as well as Retta, Mae Whitman, and designer Christian Siriano, who designed the actress’s pre-wedding cocktail dress.

Hendricks and Bianchini began dating in 2020 and got engaged in February 2023. This is the former model’s second marriage, having previously been married to actor Geoffrey Arend from 2009 to 2019.
