Chapados, who has been participating in Mr. Olympia since 2018 in the Bikini category, has already won Ms. Bikini twice and the Arnold Classic three times. She mentioned that she started participating in sports as a child, including soccer, skiing, and jiu-jitsu.

“I started reading articles online about how to get in shape. I was eager to build muscle and get fit. It was a complete 180-degree transformation. I went from partying and drinking with friends every weekend to going to the gym twice a day,” she shared according to a report from the site Newculturismo.
