According to the opinion of prosecutor Maria Clara Costa Pinheiro de Azevedo, “there is nothing more natural or common than people dancing in bikinis in a building’s pool area, and such behavior in no way constitutes a criminal act.” The statement also emphasized that, even if the scene caused discomfort to others, it does not represent any criminal offense under the law.

Kerolay spoke out after the case was closed. “It was very hard to face a legal process just for dancing in a bikini at the pool. I never imagined this could turn into a criminal case,” she said. “It was a tough period. Even though I knew I did nothing wrong, being under investigation really affected me.”
The influencer, who has millions of followers on social media, said she now wants to move on and focus on her projects.
