Cora Schumacher, former sister-in-law of the legendary Formula 1 pilot Michael Schumacher, surprisingly left a reality show in Australia after only three days of participation.

The sudden departure triggered a wave of speculation in the German press, with rumors about the reasons behind her decision.

According to the German newspaper Bild, Cora, who is the ex-wife of Ralf Schumacher, Michael’s brother, allegedly exited the ‘Jungle Camp’ program in Australia due to pressure from the Schumacher family. The main concern would be the possibility of Cora revealing details about Michael Schumacher’s delicate health condition, who suffered a serious skiing accident in the French Alps in December 2013.

Bild reports that the family of the former pilot, who has always maintained privacy about his health condition, allegedly pressured Cora to prevent possible leaks of information. Despite these claims, the broadcaster responsible for the program stated that Cora’s departure was a spontaneous decision.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that the Schumacher family has a clause with the broadcaster, ensuring that no information about the former pilot’s health status is disclosed without the express authorization of the family.

Cora Schumacher separated from Ralf in 2022, and although she was not among the individuals with direct access to Michael in the hospital, it is assumed that she has knowledge about the former pilot’s condition. The early exit from the reality show reinforces the protection around the private life of one of the most iconic figures in the world of motor racing.
