Several fans of the American singer Taylor Swift fell for a scam that displayed fraudulent ads using AI-generated videos of the artist.

The fake announcement showed Taylor supposedly offering free sets of kitchen utensils from the Le Creuset brand. The ads, spread across various social networks, instructed fans to click on a link and answer questions to receive the gift.

However, those who clicked on this link were redirected to fake websites and asked to pay a shipping fee, resulting in recurring charges without the delivery of the product.
