Courteney Cox, known for playing the character Monica on ‘Friends’, revealed that one of her biggest regrets was getting fillers in her face when she was younger.

The 59-year-old actress discussed the matter on the Gloss Angeles podcast in March 2023, describing the use of fillers as a “domino effect,” where the quest for a younger appearance ultimately resulted in an artificial look. This led her to continue getting more fillers without realizing the negative impact.

“You look in the mirror and think, ‘Oh, that looks good,’ you think, and you don’t realize how it looks to other people and end up getting a lot of fillers and having to remove them, thank God they are removable, I think I ruined a lot and now fortunately I can, I managed to reverse most of that, now I’m really just older.”

Cox admitted feeling uncomfortable when seeing old photos of herself with fillers and regrets having made that decision. But now, she has learned to value the expression lines that come with age and feels better.
