Rosie, now 30 years old, decided to change her life after gaining fame on the show. She opted for a gastric sleeve surgery, investing £20,000 in procedures that changed her health and appearance. The singer revealed that this transformation not only improved her quality of life but also helped her achieve the dream of starting a family. In 2022, Rosie announced that she was pregnant with her first child.

In an Instagram post, she expressed her happiness: “We can’t wait to meet you, little one. Our hearts are so full of love. You truly are our little miracle, sent from heaven.”

In an interview with The Sun, Rosie shared her struggles with weight during her time on Britain’s Got Talent. “When I appeared on BGT, I was almost 30 kilograms overweight. I was always hot, sweaty, and struggled to climb stairs. The costume department had to make custom dresses for me because it was impossible to find fashionable clothes in size 28,” she recalled.

Determined to change, Rosie asked her parents to pay for weight loss surgery after seeing advertisements online. “I was active, went to the gym, and swam, but I thought about food like an alcoholic thinks about alcohol. I was obsessed,” she explained.

Her parents agreed to fund the £5,000 surgery. After the procedure, which involved removing part of the stomach that produces the hunger hormone ghrelin, Rosie began to see results quickly. In just three months, she lost 30 kg, and after a year, in April 2015, she had lost a total of 80 kg.

However, the significant weight loss left Rosie with excess skin on her back, abdomen, and legs. To resolve this, she underwent an £8,000 abdominoplasty, followed by a bilateral thigh reduction costing another £6,000. These procedures not only removed the excess skin but also significantly improved her confidence.

Today, Rosie O’Sullivan celebrates her physical and personal transformation, inspiring many with her journey to health and wellness.
