The 53-year-old British presenter will undertake a 400 km bike ride from Cornwall to London to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise. To prepare, Amanda decided to “practice” and was filmed riding a mini tricycle in the Heart Radio studios.
However, her choice of outfit wasn’t ideal, and she risked showing too much while riding the tricycle in a tight skirt.
“Honestly, I feel like I’m in a Mariah Carey video!” she joked as her colleague Ashley Roberts used a leaf blower to simulate wind blowing across her face.
On October 7, Amanda will cycle from Bude, Cornwall, to the Heart Radio headquarters in Leicester Square, London, as part of her charity ride, Amanda Holden’s Big Ride To Work.
The journey will be covered in eight hours per day over five days, passing through Somerset, Berkshire, Wiltshire, and Surrey. The goal is for the presenter to arrive at Heart Radio on October 11, just in time for Global’s Make Some Noise Day.
