With the caption “20 years x 50 years,” Jenna showcased the transformation over the decades, highlighting her significant weight loss of 37 kilograms since 2019.
“These two photos are 30 years apart. I was 20 in the first one and I’ll be 50 in a few days. My brother sent me a box of my old clothes, and I recognized this dress and said I have to see if it still fits. The moral of the story… Age is just a number.”
The change was the result of a ketogenic diet, which consists of low-carb, high-fat, and natural protein foods, along with an exercise routine. Jenna went from 93 kilograms to 56 kilograms, emphasizing the importance of adopting healthy habits on her transformation journey.
