“Well, I had this idea. I thought it would be good to see her as exposed, literally, as possible, which represented her lack of power at that moment,” Hahn explained in an interview with Variety.
“She had been stripped of all her power up to that point in the series. She really had nothing at that moment, so it was about illustrating the difference between that moment and her finding her power again,” the actress added.
“I told her: ‘That’s the best idea I’ve ever heard.’ Kathryn did so much work, did so many things, so it also felt very subversive to put Kathryn Hahn’s bold scene in the MCU,” admitted Jac Schaeffer, the showrunner of the series.
