Elisangela, who was dancing around a pool, lost her balance, fell into the water, and drowned. The tragedy was compounded by the fact that she had a known water phobia. Despite the quick efforts of friends and family to rescue her, she was already unconscious when pulled from the pool.
Assisted by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU), Elisangela was taken to the Humanitaria Hospital, where she was unfortunately pronounced dead. The wake will be held at the Monumental Bom Pastor, and the burial will take place at the Saudade Cemetery in Americana on Monday (4/15).
